It's Kerby from Coffee Bar in Scappoose (best coffee in Scappoose). For the past 5+ years she has been the constant through 3 different owners. She knows your drink and has it going before you order it (if you visit regularly). She does a great job managing the awesome staff there too, always welcoming and friendly.
